Along time ago (like 2005) me and my brother were permited to trade between each other from the same IP address. We have not abused the system and have only done like 1 trade. The point is I am leaving and want to give my resources to my brother (it seems a waste to just leave them there). Do I have to make a deal with him through the game eg. Naq for everything or can I just give him everything.

best u can do if u cant trade with each other is email admin to allow it.
if u can send him resources then its permited if its one shot situtation ie not periodically repeating goods tranfers. so u can send the stuuff then delete your acct
