broker bug w/buying ss for someone else

Well the bug is still there. I bought SS for someone else and was unable to accept the trade broker. So I had to decline the trade, and have them setup a new broker (since they have ss now) so I could get my UU.

Id's of the last person I bought SS for and trade did not work.

Well I don't know but this might be why I can't ever complete a broker after I buy SS for someone. I get the following message:
