The Normalcy Bias

The normalcy bias refers to an extreme mental state people enter when facing a disaster. It causes people to underestimate both the possibility of a disaster occurring and its possible effects. This often results in situations where people fail to adequately prepare for a disaster, and on a larger scale, the failure of the government to include the populace in its disaster preparations. The assumption that is made in the case of the normalcy bias is that since a disaster never has occurred that it never will occur. It also results in the inability of people to cope with a disaster once it occurs. People with a normalcy bias have difficulties reacting to something they have not experienced before. People also tend to interpret warnings in the most optimistic way possible, seizing on any ambiguities to infer a less serious situation.

Honours and Awards

I guess some people will be forced into actually playing now, rather than just scavenging for scraps from those who cannot defend themselves.

Anyway - I saw another thread on this earlier - so......

LOCKED.

Edit: Re-opened - I locked the other thread earlier because it was inappropriately placed - lol.

Well I think it's bad for the game myself, less resouces out there, and less naq to farm, seems to be a bad idea for the growth of the game.

If those ostracized got their resources by unfair means, surely some of them were not cheating untill later in their playing career.

That said, Does that make the resources prior to cheating valid? and does it justifies keep those Ostrasized account alive?

Saying that though, Who would be willing to go through all those account trying to figure out when they started to cheat?

If admin wanted to reduce the G&R threshold, I'm sure there is another way.

But hey who am I to talk........ just a thought.

Also with respect to the Mod.

Arn't Wolves scavengers? I'm pretty sure they are. :?

Wolves aren't quite scavengers neither are they exclusively a hunter.

They will do both as the circumstances require to survive
