We have in our alliance a High Council(i believe each alliance has one)
I´m good at diplomatic, but i had a little army, so the HC said i must gather
2mil army to become a diplomatic officer of our alliance.
I began to raid. I hit som players (15AT - 600-700UU)
but then i found a player with 24mil army size, i attacked only with one AT,
maybe i could get more than 50UU´s for 1AT.
He gives me 36k UU´s for 1 AT, so i began to attack with 15AT - 500k UU´s
And then told Looky about the account, and he raided him too.
In few days Looky told me that this account is ostracized.
And on the next day i wanted to login, but i couldnt because i was banned.

but the hacking here is irrelevant since the offence was raiding the said target, that's what got them banned in the first place.

Furthermore, the whole thing was a setup as you claim so such an account would never exist in reality, fact that two more ppl raided said account at abouts the time is not unusual, all they saw was their returns on 1 turn/attack logs and went for it. They did not hack any accounts, they did not steal resources from jtest, they did nothing wrong, they are honorable, hardworking players like you and me and probably most of the players who have given a hoot about this incident.

Just because they do not have the resources and manpower like your honorable allegiance to watch an account over days should allready be enough evidence that their intentions were not of self enrichment.

All three players were caught up in this, all three are honorable players, all three should be unbanned.

On a side-note:

A simple check into their attack logs should PROVE, beyond a shadow of a doubt, what they were doing that night, what their intentions were, I ask you please Jason, re-think your decision, these are good quality players caught up in this &&&&storm setup purposfully to get revenge on another player.

they were both raiding,AG Ra has already posted that he was looky´s CO when he raided him and when he looked into his atack logs to see it there were several other acounts that looky raided,if mohamed had a CO,his CO could look in his and see the same thing

You are right Hensenshi , my english is crappy so i need alot of time to say what I want to say in my non-native language and sometimes my words are not exactly what I mean.

Right now, this topic should not be about Bryan - looks like he has been hacked (not because of his fault but because of system fault) and be restored.
If this sentence is right then Bryan is solved.


Bit sad is thing - alot of people who seem injustice in Bryan problem react on Bryan topic - but does not care when the same injustice hits less known player. Im playing for more than year and got 10mil armysize. Has some strong and old friends here. But has only few posts on forum. Because Im focused to playing and also has not too muchfree time to spend it with posting here. The similar situation as looky and mohammed.

It is player importancy depended here on his friends? or his activity on forum?
Has more important players rights for justice and less important not?
What I need for my account in similar situation will be investigated with justice? Join no1 Alliance? Found a guy who know Jason personally? Post at least 5k posts here to be important?

Admin should give the same rights to any people. No matters his armysize/alliance/number of posts.

If proofs are clean - delete cheater. If not leave him.
It is allways better let 100 cheaters to play as multies than delete 1 innocent player.

I'm not accusing them of anything. Yes, they should be unbanned, but look at it from admin's point of view. How can he tell that they aren't just making it up? I'm not saying they are, but admin has nothing to prove otherwise. A testimony from someone else is not evidence.

Attack logs prove that Looky raided said account. They don't prove anything but that.

logs have timestamps on them and go back 5 days.

So if they raided two hours before they hit the target with minimal time in between, we can confidently say that they stumbled across this account and one can see that in the logs, logs are like books you can read, it tells you everything, when they raided who, how long they raided, how much they raided etc.

Muhammeds story above can be verified by looking at his logs, exactly like he told it, raiding before the time, some interval when he contacted his buddy, then the hits.

Psi, I know that, I was admin in MMORPG game UO Server where I met my wife as well .
I know hard parts of unpayed work for community.
You will never have all players satisfied - no matters how much time you will spent. And allways, the worst situation is for admin who care about players - because he wants to help them and he spents his free time and resources for that. And when he found he has been cheated by them it really hurts much.


Psi, You have my greatest respect for honorable acting and if I can help you with anything - anytime, feel free to ask me for help. Because helping fair people makes real difference not only in game but in real life.

first point. life's unfair. if you go into a car dealership, and know the owner, do you think you will pay top price? some people will get better treatment wherever you go. i was losing over 100b naq a day while being banned.

2nd point. forum maybe slow around here, but he does look into everything. just might take awhile because he does look everywhere. he does have a life... personally id rather him take awhile, because he will do a better job over it.

Sorry for my bad English, it was first. I waiting for Psi, becouse he wants to speak with me, and than I will know what next. But I dont like start again with SGW.
And I want to thanks to all members, who want help me and Mohamed.
And last, I want to tell, why we have problems with our account. I think, that Mohamed wrote sth about it, I can just continue.

I was in school, some peaple know, that Tal is my schoolmate. I log in sometimes 5times per day. And one day, I log in first MSN, not SGW, and Mohamed write me. Are you happy? I ask him why? Becouse I have 9mil army size on SGW. I didnt understand how, and I ask him. He said, that one man - excess_force had 24mil army size, and any def. I checked him, and I sow more than 15mil army size. I try attack with one turn - 38k per turns, than again with 15turns - 376k, and I continue, and raiding maybe with 2500 turns. I raided around 14mil army size. And than I wrote to Mahamed, and told him, that I hope we will havent any problem. He said I hope too, and few days latter excess_force was ostracized.
When I raided 14mil army size, I gave my attack log on our forum. Who want, can check it

And sth for Bryan. You wrote, that you lost 100b per day. Me too, I had 1.1bil income per turn. But I lost all my planets, but doesnt matter, I lost my account. My account was deleted, Mohamed´s account too.

If admin would look in to the logs of AG Ra when looky was his oficer,he can see all the attacks befopre he raided the acount,that goes for mohamed too.

I have just talked with looky via mobile and he told me this is getting sorted a bit,he doesnt know when will this be sorted,when he will get back his acount,nothing.He just said that the admins need to check mohamed first and when he is clear they can unban looky too with him.

I spoke with Psi Kiya Trist, not with admin, and he said, that he makes, what he can, but we must just waiting. Admin Jason just wrote me, that I can be happy, that he didnt banned our alliance.
And If admin want to see my attack log, I think, that he can check it himself, without AG Ra. Or he can just look on our SKE forums. I wrote web address. But in general, I dont believe, that I will see my account again.
