he has had 4000 fleets his account is new and an army size of 30k, has to be a multi because when the 24 hour thing was up someone took the planet from him.

not now, thats how they work, steal planet, sell fleet and then wait to sell the planet.

BAN IT! :-D

Look guys it is not hard to build up a nice planet stealing account. Tons of people have almost no defense on a planet, you steal one of those planets sell it then upgrade your MS. I got my fleets from 1k to 5.5k in just a couple of days of farming people with no defense.......
