A different comment about Omega.

this is in no way a kiss butt topic, nor is it in any way sarcastic.

In the past few weeks i have been meeting more and more Omegans, and i have generated an opinion about this band of brothers and sisters that may open the eyes of some people. for the longest time i kept my mouth shut because i did infact agree that Omegans were bullies. this has changed in the recent weeks. By sheer conversation, and observation i have changed my opinon of these dedicated, passionate folks. in a conversation today, un-requested, un goaded, an omegan helped me with one of my officers. i was unaware that there was still market SS. to help me out this extremely friendly helpful omegan without provocation purchased Market SS for my officer as well as left her wil 6.5bil naq to play with while on PPT... this is somthing i was unable to do due to ignorance.

up till today my Commander had ben the only Omegan that i had ever had any real exchange with. Jenny has been the best commander i have had in this game. and now i see why she likes omega so much now. Lorien, out fo the goodness of his heart decided to help out my officer. for that i thank you Lorien. you and jenny, have totally changed my opinion of your whole alliance.

for those of you that call omega, bullies, and many other names, you have not met the faces you blindly call bullies. they are very nice folks over there. dedicated to one another and making the game a fun and interesting time for all. i am glad to call the few that i do know and talk to "friend". i salute you all.

ps: i dont post on the forums all that often, and you can ask my friends and alliance mates, i do not post garbage. this is somthing that touched my mind and changed my opinion. i am glad to post this. again, thank you Lorien. and especially, thank you Jenny. your perseverance, and loyalty should be an inspiration to all.

thanks for the laugh Jake, as you have been one of the "Bullies" that massed me in the past, i think my comment about it was a positive comment. i dont see you as a bully though. it was the thorough massing you gave me that inspired me to start and finish the path of ascention so if you think of yourself as a bully, thank you! lol

Aw, I feel so left out. My 1 year SGW aniversary is coming up and I have yet to be seriously massed, lol (yep, I know that's asking for it, now to see who bites )

Honestly, most of the people I've dealt with in the game have been very friendly, including those in the omegan empire. I've found (both here and in previous games I've played) that most problems come from either a misunderstanding, or people that run their mouths. I suspect Omega gets its reputation from not suffering the latter, and having the power to generally show their displeasure.
