UP bug?

I have not lost any officers or planets, and have not touched my up for some time now, just yesterday i had about 10.3 k total now today i only habe 9.9 total, and i owuld liek to know where that went, also, i was at an even 5000 or so up before i left and tried to get on vaca mode but it ddnt let me on obviously, and i return and its at 5062..which is strange

nope, its still off, i have no clue, becasue i know i was getting 216 (10,344 up) units per turn before, now i get much less

edit..now its back and higher then beforei think admin might be messing with amounts of up because my base up is different again and i didnt change, if it happens again im changing my login

this has happened to me not long ago. I posted it here somewhere. only I lost around 50k UP but only lasted 1 turn and then it was back to normal

ok thanks for clearing it up, i didnt know that was changed, i guess i hadnt noticed before cuz this time i had an even number to start with...lol...
