Tamper data to send mercs?

I know the tamper data question has come up many times before, but this question isn't regarding buying mercs or buying any thing else using tamper data..... it is about sending mercs to an officer using tamper data.

At the moment trying to send someone a million mercs takes a long time at 999 per click and also very tiring for the hands and fingers.

Would it be considered 'against the rules' to use tamper data to send mercs to officers? I don't see why this should be considered illegal because you wouldn't actually be buying mercs your just sending them to someone.... so instead of of using TD to get an advantage over others it would actually be used to just speed up the process of sending mercs to an officer and also reduce the chances of players receiving RSI (Repetative Strain Injury).

I would like views on this from someone with some authority.

Since Forum has declared Data Tampering legal then I can't see how this is concider illegal.

Tamper data is also being used to buy mercs as soon as the turn changes so if it is legal I think it should be reconsidered.

yea ive heard its being used by some individuals, bit unfair in some ways

by name it sounds a bit dodgy, and i hear you need Firefox for it

I wouldnt use it unless i knew for sure it was legal, the name sounds so wrong "tamper" data

Last think i heard from Forum is that Tamper date is cheating, and will be dealt with, and was dealt with in the past with even deleting some accounts.
I will ask him again, but as i know its cheating.
