Would it be smart for me to change to taurie or get a massive strike, and then buy market turns and try and attack for at least 1 billion naq each time. eg
488 * 5 = 2440 (3,840,000,000 x 5 =19 200 000 000)
2440/15= 162 attacks
162x1 000 000 000 = 162 000 000 000
If you used all 3 of your market turns you would earn=
162 000 000 000x3= 486 000 000 000
minus expenses for purchase of turns.
19 200 000 000x3=57 600 000 000
486 000 000 000-57 600 000 000= 428 400 000 000
Not excluding costs for repair and other things, over 400bill naq a week is pretty good.
I was wandering peoples opinions on this idea to see if it would work.
Attacking for billions

the only problem with this plan is finding enough people to attack 450 times a week and not get hit back for it.
your better off getting a good co and getting your uu up enough to earn 1bill per turn.
at the moment your commander is weeker than you. not the best way to be.
pm me if you need a good co.

hehe, smooth recruitment Hammond.
Yes, some people do use this tactic. There are some drawbacks:
1) as hammond said, you need to be able to find enough targets with that type of naq sitting out who WONT hit back.
2) you will need to worry about your strike being sabbed by someone. Of course, you could put a bunch of UU into spies, but then you have to worry about being AC'ed
3) Some players buy their AT and weapons, do their attacks, then sell their weapons to prevent them from being sabbed. This can work, but you would need to find all of your targets over a shorter time period and constantly buying/selling weapons will eat into your profits.
So yes, you can make this work, and if you are good can suceed with it. personally though, I say just raid. Safer and provides you with the UU to build a strong account.

Raiding is much safer. I myself am unable to find more than a few targets with over a bill out that will not hit back
