Note that the function is to GIVE - not lend. If you GIVE resources to someone, the game administration has NO ability to return them to you. Place your trust wisely, or risk learning one of the lessons the cosmos can teach the hard way.
Note: This functionality was added because of many many many reports of 'scamming' on trades. Goods promised, not delivered. Payments sent, later canceled. Promises of future actions never taken, and so on. ALL official trades are made WITHIN the game. If you make trades outside of this market, the game administration takes NO responsibility for the results. All trades outside of this market are now considered 'black market' trades, and are protected by nothing - you open yourself up to the above mentioned scams that some people work very hard to lure other players into. Please use your judgement, and - if you take a risk and try to trade outside the game - be prepared to lose everything and accept it.
Buy From Black Market
This is the official black market. It is called such, since the trades involve an external to game resource ($$). The trades, here, though - are of course guananteed to be delivered.
The market is restocked from the regular market monthly, with limits per player on each resource.
This added feature is a further protection against 'scamming' on the unofficial black market, and once again it is stated that the game administration can and will do NOTHING against being scammed if you are trading outside the official markets.
You can buy any amount of one resource, or combination of resources, but the total amount of USD must be 10,20,30,40 or 50.
NOTE: prices rise and fall, as with any market.

I remember when I first started buying market turns, I was never scammed. I bought them for around 5-6 consecutive months, and I think I was scammed once. This was with people I had never met, and me being a newb.
Now, it seems that every person I trade with for mt's that doesn't have a million man army is a multi/scammer. (I know they are multies, because they only exist for a few days before deletion...) It is a shame, but is part of the game. I am just glad that they were not as common when I was smaller, and getting scammed would have actually hurt me.
The multi part is cheating, the scamming part is just dirty playing, and I would quickly mass several times over any player who did it to me(if they ever built up).
