It is unethical and a mean thing to do, but it is not cheating otherwise forum would have posted as such.

no, theyre not braking the rules. but they are exploiting/tricking ppl in bad way, so theyre more of an big anoyance rather than a cheater

If scamming is done with phishing, then it is illegal also by law.
If you give someone your password, and he scams you, then this is not cheating, because it is your fault.

If you just included market turns in the broker no1 would ever get scammed.

in the past i would have said yes, but now with all of the brokering arrangments set up there is no reason for you to be scammed unless you're really really dumb. now scamming is a stratagie played on by multiple people, i have been in my sgw history been scammed out of certainly nearly a mill uu. my vote is in

I got taught one of the most important lessons of my life being scammed.
