As mentioned in several other threads, a lot of people dislike the fact that Anti-covert units cannot be killed and miners (NOT lifers) cannot be killed or raided. I am personally opposed to a ‘general’ introduction of this, but considering there is something I also notice in the currently on-going war between the Magnificents and the Polish Resistance alliance, I guess my proposal could split the pain between.
There are several parts of it, which include parts of each other.
1) Introduction of the following: in case an alliance starts an war, and the other alliance has an average hit per member of minimal 10 on the other alliance (so in case of an alliance of 10 members, after a combined total of 100 hits (attacks, raids and/or sabs), the second alliance also automatically declares war, unless they already declared war themselves of course.
Also, when a player attacks someone else 10x within 24 hours, he/she automatically declares war on the other.
2) The second part: assassins can be killed by other assassins. However, ONLY when both players are in alliances that declared war on each other (so in case of total war) and both players did declare war on each other.
In that case, the anti-covert power that is left AFTER taking down the spies in a battle, will be used on 25%, 50% or 100% (which do you like better) of the remaining anti-covert power, to take down the equal worth of assassin-power of the opponent.
3) The third part: miners can be raided by offensive units, again on the condition of total war between both the alliances and the players. This can be maximal worth 5% of the amount of offensive units that the attacker has, and the defender must have both 0 defense and an amount of defenders of maximal 10% of the amount of the offensive units of the attacker.
This will make sure nobody just for fun can kill someones miners and assassins, while it makes the dodgy tactics that are sometimes seen quite useless.
Please tell me what you think of it.

Quick reply
EDIT: You mean that there is no point in having miners in case of total war

Its a war game as you said, not a mass destruction game;)
But since im CoP too i most likely would be on the destructor side. But im smart enough to know that this would ruin those ppl's game whose are getting massed by us day by day...
So please stop thinking only of yourself...

Bazsy, you are missing the point. It would ONLY work in case BOTH alliances declare war and BOTH players on each other.

You know the term sit on someones account, well if you can kill AC and miners thats exactly what will happen, more people will be sat on until they delete, some people get massed and mass back, have a little war then call it quits and rebuild, now imagine your being hit by someone who wants you to delete, you will never get a chance to rebuild if you cannot put units anywhere.
Deep within Noob Cave, you find a strange pool filled with a glowing blue liquid. You think back to what your mother told you about unfamiliar liquids found in caves.
You're pretty sure she said "Drink it! What's the worst that can happen?"

This would make people work at keeping the defs up and make you more active..
What youa re saying is that in WAR you can untrain troops and put into AC and miners so that you do not suffer any damages? How does that work?
Then when you want to attack you train and strike and untrain again? so that you do not loose troops.......
I'll admit that there is a down side to putting this into effect. But it can stop those that use this to keep there accounts intact while making the smaller player suffer....

Which can either be avoided by not declaring war on them (either manually or automatically), or setting very quick to neutral...
EDIT: That was directed at GeneralChaos
@Scorpion, indeed people can train them into attacking units. Except for supers, of course

I'd say no simply because it allow even more top-heavy dominance in the game. If every resource on an account could be destroyed, it just makes it impossible for people to recover after attacks. There should always be a safe place to park UU and/or naq.
Even other, much larger, and better funded RPGs have gotten this message and implemented it in their own worlds. I remember when some of the earlier RPGs came out, you could kill a player ingame and then take everything from their dead body, leaving nothing behind. Now, in nearly every current RPG, player-to-player attacks results in some loss, damage to armor/weapons/etc, but no one can completely rape you in one attack.
