Please make updates after the war...

I would like to ask you Jason...if you dont change so many things...in the middle of a war...we have seen quite some changes....in the middle of it...this last one was again in gain of our enemies...(the nox thing...)


But never the last changes are here...we will try to adapt and move along...

This thread is here just so that community expresses what they think about having new updates in times of war...especially so many I believe this is the third major one

-quick naq strikes..spying...raiding
- 450k attack mercs per turn...and option to buy them all at once
- You have to go down from NOX if you want to change your realm alert level...which means 42 new attacks for the ppl attacking you

I dont mind the changes...they are I think all good in a way...I just mind so many...in times when ppl came to war prepared...with some strategies...or even in midst of a big mass...

Sorry to bother you with this...and changes are here lets not cry because of them...but... lets not throw any new updates...lol (joking :P )

Nope, Ive had more then once where someone throws up Nox and stops my massing. Then somehow phases out and starts rebuilding. :?

(Like Cosmosis is doing as we speak.)

Updates, in general, should be released with some advance notice, even if only a couple of days.

Here ppl can express their opinion about updates in midst of war not calling pply exploiters...do it in the cheaters section...and get your own topic :evil:

True Roman doesnt complain all the time :wink:

Seriously guys, what does Forum care if there is a war on? It might be the only time he can do the update and sort out bugs from it....

And besides there is almost ALWAYS a war going on. No offence to CoP or The Legion, but the game doesn't revolve around you guys. There have been many updates whilst smaller alliances have duked it out, why should you guys have it any differently just because you have bigger accounts?

Just my most humble opinions. :lol:

Because on august 8th 2006, that's last year, there was an update so that nox wouldn't even work, so, if there is supposed to be no nox, how exactly are we abusing a bug to get around nox?

2. Admin approves their request before March 1st 1:30pm

How can anyone beat this 4 hours approval-of-update-from-admin-to-omega record :-D :roll:

so abusing bug conciously is the same as cheating!

It would be very hard to implement improvements if they could only be done when there were no wars.
I understand what you are suggesting however I don't think it could be practicably implemented.

However NO improvements should be done without adequate consultation to the community in the appropriate thread and at least 14 days notice, so everyone can assimilate the information and have time to post their opinion.
