The name and commander
isn't odd that he was the same commandar it the same name, exept for the God part

Umm, he isn't a multi just for having himself as his commander. Anyone can set themselves as a commander. I know this as I am my own commander. You get a 20% bonus to your UP by doing this, but you do not have any bonus to income.

The title God is commonly used with the Goa'uld. If you have anyone as an officer, including yourself you get that title. If you do not have any officers you do not get a title
