if you get a UP planet does your commander get some of that UP also or does he miss out?

probably since it adds to total UP

theyd get some, as they take a % of ur total UP, not raw

yea, but theyd get 15% of 15%, so it gets rather small rather quickly

ive always been told its only a portion of the raw up

it was RAW at first but was changed to total up as the naq to uu ratio was so distorted.
