is this normal

ok i can go over 10k turns is this normal it happens when i have like 5k turns and i sell my mts to some one i end up with like 12k at the end

i have read that it says max ats is 10k but i can hold more thn that is this a bug or something

i have already read that but it says 10k is the max im wondering is this is a bug or sumthing
