Conquer planet button bug

Ok so today i wanted to take a planet and i didnt see the button anywhere,none of all acounts has the the conquer planet button,i am puzzled by this,i hope that this can be fixed asap,i want that planet :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

cant be no.3 cause he wouldnt try to take it if he already he had 10, 1st he'd hav to abandon 1 planet

If you have 10 planets the button is still there.

or he could have just made the planet. Or he jsut conquered it. (probably already said)
