Buying SS for a Friend

A while ago I thought I rembered seeing a part on the market page where I could buy someone SS for 75b? Am I mad coz I can't see it now?

You WAS able ot buy MARKET SS only... (which can be bought for much cheaper, if you just send the price for 2 market multiples...)
And that function have taken out by Admin...
