CIA: What should be changed?

I keep seeing people talk about how cowardly and weak CIA is. However, I've yet to see one recommendation on exactly what CIA could do better. So I'd like for people to sound off on what they would change about CIA.

This is for a civilized discussion. I don't want to see spamming or flaming just because someone points out a flaw in reasoning.

*disclaimer* this thread by no means indicates that we are even considering changing our current policies. This is for my own personal attempt at trying to understand the sgw community.

I wanted there to be parity. However unlike the other post, I honestly want to know what CoP would suggest. I mean they are the best, who better to listen to?

1. Top player/s shouldn't ascend and run away when they could have done damage, leaving the weaker members to carry the burden.

2. Alliances that have been battered so thoroughly should surrender or they just might end up like the SLA. I point to alliances like the Foundation and NAOS here.

3. Stop collaborating with 'dodgy' ppl. lol

4. Stop acting cocky. The lot of you are getting ur behinds pasted. And unlike us, most of you will come out of this war worse off. The CoP are just hitting targets at random, at whim. Once we actually organise, run for the hills.

5. Stop coming on here posting your sad sob stories like 'EtL, I didn't know we were going to war, honest!" when you lot had a nice chunk in the bank...and still getting ur behinds pasted.

6. Hope this is the last thread that looks for motivations on both sides, cos ur bloody spamming my forum! lmao

And why should we, "smaller" alliances leave? I am hoping that suggestion #2 wasn't aimed at SC because we're doing "quite" good job

Ahh... you mean those sort of people. Well I personally do not consort with those types, and have left 2 alliances already for such things. Once I was in a position of power in TSA and I found out about these types I didnt leave the group, instead I kicked them out and punished them myself.
