Couple of questions

I have a few things I've always wondered but haven't been able to find out so far..

When I ascend, do I keep my bank bonuses that I recieved from PPT?

How many regular trained soldiers are worth 1 super soldier?

keep bank bonuses: not sure, probably do
soldiers: super is twice as strong and durable as a normal one

you do keep your cumulative bank bonuses

and yes, 1 super manned with weapon = 2 normal troops/mercs armed with the same weapons

Strike Action: This is obtained from taking your weapon strength for each weapon manned by a super unit, x 10. Then adding to that all weapon strengths manned by normal units x 5. Then this total is multiplied by each of your Siege Technology upgrades, and by your race bonus (25% for Tauri) if applicable.

Defence Action: This is obtained from taking your defence weapon strength for each weapon manned by a super unit, x 10. Then adding to that all defence weapon strengths manned by normal units x 5. Then this total is multiplied by each of your Fortification Technology upgrades, and by your race bonus (25% for Asgard) if applicable..
