Do you know that VA is just across the street when you're at kolosej that big blue building... Oh yes, and bar is inside VA, or if you want something more 'hardcore' of a bar, rollbar is in same building, lol
For the meeting place I reccomend the VA itself, it has quite large, appropriate lobby (and some games with which do distract yourself while/if waiting (table football... ))

One more thing (sorry if that was mentioned before, i didn't read all 10 pages). Who is gonna be the 'official' photographer?

Yeah I know it's beside kolosej but as I said before, never been in VA so I don't know about bars which are in VA
