ok speaking hypotheticals here... cop were gone tomorrow, you're telling that you don't believe TL and Slov. Command won't band together to start terrorizing the rest of the server, to an extent that CoP could only dream about.
Or what would likely happen is that TL would start farming TF and you'd all have another wide-scale war. Yes this is a wargame, but I seriously don't think you understand the character level of those to whom you're allied.
No one likes being farmed; heck, that's probably the main source of all massings compared to just random naq hits.
You all want naps again, well I hate to tell you those are broke much more than full on alliance agreements (it's only the history of the game).
So I guess to get back on topic here, I'd like for the CIA to change how it looks at itself and take a more critical look at what you'll do with yourselves after the war.
Well from my talks with others in CIA, the one thing we all agree on is to not be the next CoP and to bust up anyone that tries to form another CoP like org. So no I dont think it would happen and if it did it would just start another cycle of war where we over throw the new top dog.
This is all assuming the war has an end point.
