For a long time now, we all have lived under the reign of Terror. A small group of ppl has attacked our society and our way of life. Their
weapon have been intimidation and their greatest sucess our fear.

It ends NOW.

Their strategi has been the "wolfpack" you have all seen it in schoolyards, a group of kids who do what they want to the other kids and can do so because they are organised and have strong leadership and also are ruthless and evil. COP are our schoolyard bulleys... the same who have pushed you up against the wall and stolen your lunchmoney, thretened you and abused you.

It ends NOW.

Don´t get me wrong, COP contains a bulk of ppl like your self, good guys that often do good things in life.. BUT history, and the actions here in SGW has shown that ppl like your self will do terrible things when influenced by strong and ruthless ledership.

It ends NOW.

The COP members have been hiding behind their numbers and farmed, attacked, destroyed and bullied ppl at will... yes, I do mean bullied.. ever heard their favourite expression "retalliate and you will be sat on until you quit!" ?

It ends NOW.

Why?? - the desire for freedom is in our nature, our blood and what always have made our race conquer any obstacle. And when the strongest part in a society behaves like COP do... that´s when the ppl RISE AND REBELL.


Know this.. you may not win the war for us, but YOU MATTER, YOU CAN DO SOMETHING!

HOW?

If involved in the war:

1. target as many weaker COP players as you can, if you feel evil - then SIT ON THEM - that´s wat COP do.. and keep sitting on them until COP as a whole agrees to abandon that tactic permanently.

2. form an attack squad where somebody have the covert, somebody have the strike and somebody have the antis, be online at the same time, communicate by MSN then use combined arms and forces to bring down the stronger COP players one at the time by acting like a wolfpack, forget one on one tactics - that´s what COP do.

3. FARM THEM like a PEST, every naquada or uu counts, every naquada or uu that you consume or destroys are one that COP can´t use to rebuild and hit your friends.

4. Destroy their resources. Hit their planets with everything you got, steal them, upgrade them to HUGE and/or abandon them knowing that it will hurt A LOT since COP has invested far more resources in their planets then we have, simply because they have felt safer before this war.


If not involved in the war:

1. SAFE ACTION - Resources
Supply CIA with resources, contact the CIA alliance leaders and go through them, then can distribute the resources and/or direct you to somebody they trust - this is to avoid COP detection - because we all know, those ppl will as usual try to intimidate you not to supply those who stands up to them.

2. SAFE FOR EXPERIENCED PLAYERS - STEALTH
Train SPIES.. increase your covert... then do just like COP does - HIDE... they hide behind protection from their numbers, you hide behind your covert... then HIT them hard... target the COP players that try to rebuild and sab their weps to oblivion. They will not notice who have sabbed them as long as you got way more covert than they do... To be able to do this for long periods, do use EXTREME caution and always recon enough before sabbing, never sab on minimum (somethimes you´ll get detected then) and do your sab streaks as quickly as you can to avoid that somebody with a good spy-lvl notices what you are doing and trains a huge amount of spies just to get a fix on you. This tactic is WERY efficient, because for COP to protect themselfs from YOU, and be able to use their strikeweps against CIA, they MUST train spies and when they do that... well.. there´s A LOT of antis that are just waiting... the other thing is that COP are so full of them selfs that after a while they will probably get so desperate that they start to attack more non-involved alliances and guess what happens then??? CIA will grow because of your "ROUGE" actions.
OR they will use their admin priviliges to track you down... but It will not take many such actions before we have the proof we seek of such actions and well.. if we get such evidence, COP will not like the outcome of that one..

3. FOR ALLIANCES
If you want to join the war, then Disband and hit like ROUGES, as an alliance you only present a neatly packed group of targets for COP to hit... you have MSN and your alliance forum to coordinate your strikes and if you don´t have a forum, you can wery easy register one for free at: http://www.forumer.com/ with hundreds of ROUGES that are hitting the COP.. they will have more than a handful.

Eventually, as I said earlyer, the good guys who are part of COP are what will win this for us in the long run, if enough ppl stand up and show them that we will not accept COP:s actions, they will listen with their hearts, simply because they know the difference between right and wrong and the moraly infected core of COP that are the leadership behind their reign of terror, will step by step get lesser and lesser "lebensraum" (room) to manuver and in the long run, we will win.

Think about it for a moment - your individual actions will have some impact, but as a group it will be HUGE and It only takes that you actually do STOP SUPPORT COP and instead SUPPORT CIA and maby also TAKE SOME OF THE ACTIONS ABOVE to bring them down.

Evil can not win in the long run, not as long as there are ppl that long for freedom or will stand up to preserve our way of life.

Support the flag of CIA and bring down the TERROR!

You knwo people would rise up against CoP and throw off the shackles like you say, but the thing is you see, we know its a game! Hence we realyl dont care if someone acts like a bully in a game as its only numbers on a screen that can be rebuilt.

And you know if you wind someone up so much they decide to sit on you till you quit theres nothing stopping you from making a totally new account with a different name and starting over. As long as you delete the old account or sell/give away, ie just dont multi.

As for this being spam or not spam... I would say its not spam... its just propaganda. Sort of funny propaganda but thats what it is none the less.

The reason to join this war for the little guys are...

Fun! - Hitting the biggest accounts in the game with little they can do to you (provided you are built correctly) is a real hoot.

Growth! - When you are smal, farming a Billion off of a zero Def big guy can be a real boost to the account. Same goes for farming.

Payback! - Sticking it to the man is it's own reward.
