Oh, and I forgot to mention... my officer Dominic can't take back the planet, because LV abandoned it as soon as he took it.

He couldn't have abandoned it as soon as he took it as the new planet updates do not allow this, i believe your officer had a full 24 hours to take the planet back before it could be abandoned, and the first 12 hours it cannot be protected by PPT either.

if you steal a planet you can abadon it straight away...I had it happen to me once

i had on my planets writtien that every1 who isn't from COP and will attack me for naq will be massed...it looks like you didn't take it seriusly Hollywood and beside that you declired war on me also..i take it as a war annoucement...i bought turns and started massing you..you sent me PM to stop and you are offering me payback...i said 20 bil..you didn't accept it...i think this isn't my problem anymore and i can mass every1 in this game...you started this not me...

That's funny, DDII, Alpha, and D12 were hit before ST was. YOU started the low hits. Not us. All planets are fair game, just like raiding UU is fair game. Why would UP be any different than other planets?

Firstly, DDII, Alpha, D12 ARE in CoP and the war is against COP...yea yea right we started low hits maybe u should just...hm...quit CoP cause u're traning alliances and say it's a low hit to go in war with CoP and attack training alliances like they wouldn't join the war...

Also this is what I got from one DDE member after I massed 10 bil def on his planet: "I advice not to take my planets, as there not attack,defence or covert planet so they don\'t stop me being massed"
My response:"eh sorry forgot about that :/ sorry again...I can maybe send u some naq for it cause it was my bad but I don\'t have much of it :/ have fun in the war "
his response back: "that not a problem there is a war on, and misakes happen, thanks for the ffer but I already for naq thanks"

And this player is among some rear players in CoP that I respect cause they are fair, normaly I guess most of CoP players would send me pm's like f... u and I'll f... ur momma and dog and family...hat off for u m8 (I intentionaly didn't say this guy's name but he'll know who he is)...also when I sent him this message: "um just one thing, some of my members lost their UP planet from CoP and shouldn\'t CoP take only stat planets aswell?"

Considering a person a vulture after one hit is undeserved, but understandable. Massing his defense I feel is unreasonable (unless maybe a small massing to teach him to not screw with you) and then exhorting 20 billion from such a small player... I have I believe four times his army size and it still takes me two and a half days to make 20 bil (I know, that's my bank size). How exactly is such a small player supposed to have that much naq? In weapons which can be massed?

if he didn't take warning seriously this isn't my problem..i had enough that i was attacked from guys who aren't in war for naq...i posted beside my planets that i WILL MASS SINGLE one...i warned him before he even attack...and war declaration aslo means something,doesn't it?

Tollan Pheonix, I think Hensenshi said that the guy might declare war on my bro just to farm my bro. He declared war and saw "if you attack me you will become vulture" names on planets (ok was something like this). SO tell me, WHY WOULD HE ATTACK MY BRO THEN IF HE CLEARLY SAW NAMES OF PLANETS OR EVEN ADD MY BRO TO FARM LIST? This is why my bro considers this guy as a vulture m8, for nothing else. And if I remember correctly names on bro's planets were that anyone who attacks him will get massed during or after the war so I think it was clear warning and if somebody doesn't stop at the warning, massing them is mostly understandable and the only right thing to do...At least we think so here in slo

Because planet warnings are abused, and if this guy is new and doesn't know LV's rep, how would he know that LV was more serious than the guy who sits there with "My Commander will Kick Your @$$" written on a planet. Basically, it seems like n00b mistake that was over punished and even if the massing was justified, the extorion was not.
