Unit Production when spying

Unit Production when spying

When you spy on someone, does it show base Unit production? or total unit production? From being own commander, and having officers etc..
Is it the same on all servers? Main, Quantum, Chaos?

base UP. never total up (u must calculate few things to get close to that ie planets officers etc)

for chaos it is total and base, as there is no difference on chaos... the pop growth system there is completely different...
