The gould advantage is tht they get a 25% income bonus but what if their unique tech was building naquida mines. (since they do enforce slave labor)

i.e.
level 1 mines +5% income bonus
level 2 mines +10% income bonus
level 3 mines 15% income bonus

This could go ontop of their origional 25% bonus, this is just to help level out the playing field since tari rule attak, asgard rule defens, & the reps rule covert. ??????

But that meand i owuld have to log in even more to keep from getting farmed. Wich means that i would also get attacked a lot more and lose more units i think this is a horiable way to much to be of use. I get attacked to much as it is.
