I have a suggestion regarding alliance administration. I think that it should be possible to either set as many 2nds as you want or (and more desireably) to give permissions out on a person, by person basis. Allowing new people into the alliance, removing them, alliance-wide messaging etc.. (Each permission can be given out individually to greater improve flexibility) This would mainly benefit those alliances that have High Councils or more than 2 people that should have admin powers.
I was also thinking about setting different ranks that the alliance could give out that would either go in place of your title (Supreme Commander, Fleet Commander, General, etc..) or in addition to it.
This would further develop what the alliance can actually do ingame as far as administration.

Differnt ranks are nice.
Maybe allow allainces to set custom ranks/tittles for their members (and of course punish those that use inappropiate names)
And also allow the leader to set premissions too, but allow the leader tho pick each option for a person, that way lowgrade things like alliancewide PM could be allowed w/o giving that person the option to kick or allow people in, or disband.

Yes i agree, i also think the idea of anyone in the alliance being able to see the power of everyone, like the Leader and 2nd can, just means ud have to trust everyone in your alliance.
