To be fair alot of CIA alliances just jumped on board after alot of the big defenses in CoP were gone and started feeding off our incomes
I was personally massed by TL players
EPAC would not have touched CoP without the help of TL to start it pop off

A 1trill def would cost about 4 trill naq. So, considering that, and how much the CoP probibily makes a whole, I bet we could do it. Why don't we? Well, mainly because a 200b strike costs about 1trill. See my point?

i do suppose we could go make a 10 Tril defence, and then they would have to try to mass it with a 2 Tril strike which is very costly. And if the person in question was online 95% of the time and on Crit we could drain all the resources that you put into trying to mass it until you could no longer mass, ofcourse we would also be sabbing the guy massing and a number of other things.

If you would make a 10 trills defence I myself would sign to leave it be...cause that defence is protecting exactly what? Income? I think not
