Can't hit, says I'm phased, but am not

Ok so there's a slight bug here.

No war has been set with anyone, I'm on crit and nox.
I got the following message when I went to spy:

"You are still out of corporal existence, repairing and recovering from your own damage. You must wait if you are to remain insured..."

I go back to my damage meter and it reads:
"Insured Realm Damage Meter 1 Percent (of max 140 loses)
Outstanding Activity: Attacks Defended: 770 | Insured Attacks Lost: 118"

So this is obviously a bug! I can attack but I cannot spy or sab!

bump I made an edit... it's not attack that's affected it's covert operations.

what if you had too much covert activity against your realm? Maybe there is a covert phasing thing?:) hmm... i will ask admin:)

Well I asked admin, he told it will be sorted quick... I guess its ok now...
