When they get hit personally they should randomly lose 3 of their ascended techs.

For an attack the damaging the AT cost should be alot higher. Right now the only part of your account you can't hurt is the powerups and this will make it so an account can be completely reset.
I don't like it myself but I would try it I guess.

Ok fine makes sense.
YOu need to use 1/5th of the LF that the powerup costs to destroy it. So if you randomly got a charisma hit that cost them 800k LF, you'd need to use 160k to get rid of it.
For things more important like charisma it oculd be 1/2 needed and for rubbish things like atk it could be 1/5.
Completly random so you could end up killing a charisma or just a crap atk level.
