is it true an alliance cannot have a CO?
why is that?

an alliance leader cannot have a CO because his loyalty has to be to his alliance, although if you already have a CO before you make an alliance im pretty sure you keep your CO, and if they havent changed it since i had an alliance to get a new CO give leadership of your alliance up to some1 you trust then switch CO and ask the guy to give alliance leadership back to you, then you have the CO you want and an alliance :D

Or the guy you trusted disbands the alliance and you're pretty much screwed. :lol:
