it might be just a noob question but i've found something weird:
RasterBlaster (id=6410) has 2 "ghost" officers:
zzr1400 (id=27290) and qwqw (id=47023)
both have rank 0 and are "On The Cusp of A Black Hole..." (:?), both are impossible to find in the name search, and for both the id search returns the message "no such user ID found in active rankings." but it's possible to get to their stats by clicking their name in RasterBlaster stat page.

They are on vacation.
If anyone is on vacation, things just work like this. The Ids are not close...
So cant see how this is cheating
