Not one of the killing lifers/miners threat again :shock:
Bad Idea, It would mean none of your troops are safe, You would not even have a shell then.

incorrect actually - this suggestion says that miners wouldn't be killed, and nor would UU - just lifers - which is only 10% of all trained miners.

So to say none of your troops would be safe is incorrect - your miners and your UU would be safe.

It's actually a very good suggestion.

(just tying up some loose ends before I finally go - and couldn't help myself)

Why not just be able to kill miners, but not lifers, yes people can untrain/retrain their UU into lifers, but after that, then what they become lifers and can't be undone. So it's a choice:
1) Risk it and allow you to untrain them
2) Train them all and not able to untrain them ever again

Saying that i like it the way it is, and would hate for you to be able to kill miners/lifers

lol the worst idea ever just got even more worse. I think a lot of people will quit if you can kill liffers, I can 100% garentee you a LOT of top players WILL quit if you make it possible to kill lifers.

How about, in the 48 hours up until the update comes into play, forum allows people to retrain their lifers into miners... for 10x the cost to train their UU into miners. That way, all the bigger guys who cared could save their lifers, but after that... well, lifers are screwed. Well, more like screwable...

or forum also makes, along with this update an update where everyone will have only 10 % of their miner count in lifers. (so basically they will get lifers turned into miners)

So how long is it supposed to go on? Armies of billions? Incomes of gazillions? Illegible figures on our stats pages?
Seriously, if these so called TOP players were to quit because someone can actually hurt them, they don't deserve their top position in the first place. They should go play sesame street wars. People should never have taken this game so seriously in the first place. We wouldn't have people paying hundreds of dollars to buy their way to the top and ending up scared they might lose their investment. Cause if miners/lifers/uu become killable, suddenly they're not worth quite as much anymore.

I have way much more than 10% of lifers but even if they were uu's i would still not untrain them because i want my income.

so stop bringin in thi argument that lifers are bad since you can use them like you could use uu's.
Botom line is if you have a huge income you will not be untraining any miners because common sense tells you it's a bad idea. if you want to untrain them, then go ahead. increase your lifer count and face the consequences of being able to get hurt more if this gets implemented.

Wow, i swear my post said that you could be able to kill miners not lifers.... but oh well

As i said, i like it how it is, and there's no need to change it anyway

there are quite a few people supporting this idea (and more than just one of them being here since the dawn of time) so i think it's worth being kept alive.

besides this game has pretty much diminished to the "who has a larger army size wins no matter what you do" wars.

Having a larger army should be a factor for victory but not the only decisive one (which at the moment it is).

Ascension was originally designed to be a balance... to force big players to start again, instead they simply transferred there resources to another account and back... it would mean you lose a minimum of 10% of your uu per ascension... If you cant defend them that is. Also sleip the point you made about the money is valid.. if stuff can be killed it loses a lot of its value... the game becomes less serious and more enjoyable. :-)

Regarding the warning thing... perhaps an update or something that lasts 2 days where if you have over 20% lifers you can retrain as miners... as long as this was not abused (say put in an update so your not allowed to trade uu in the time after it is released) would work fairly... :-)

IMHO the worst idea....


Take a look at Ascension server...multiply by infinity....and you get the result :lol: ...oh yeah loads of ppl leaving...selling out...etc



And what I think sleipnir doesnt see here...is...when a coalition such as COP upholds the game no matter if COP or any other...we get ascension server...massing all good players raiding them...(or killing their lifers ) etc....

Then ofcourse we would have to restrict it somehow and we would reduce ATs etc...and then the poor little guys that are new to this game will NEVER ever catch up to the biggest...

Better to say what is the % difference from the CIAs best acount in ascension and COPs best acount in ascension...
What is the % difference from CIAs best main acount and COPs main acount...

I think we can go even further...

What is the % difference in ascension (COP vs CIA)
What is the % difference in main ( COP vs CIA)

Many other things... I really wouldnt want to go into it...since I think the above shows a really neat picture...
