These are the facts..if u are on vacation mode in ascension and have ascended 6 times..your stats SHOULD be 15 percent of base instead of the usual 30..if it is 20 percent..as u stated you only lost 10 percent, then it is a bug..and SHOULD have been reported.

Thank you sVarun for proving my point that CiA cannot be trusted. I had assurances from your leader that I would NOT be massed while trying to negotiate a peace treaty (which I was trying to do). I made a good faith offering of an olive branch (Legion please check your attack logs to see how often I appear in them). So yes, there was a deal in place but when one's word is worthless, as The Legion's is, then I guess it doesn't mean a whole lot. I was asking, now I am telling: BOTH SIDES STOP THE WAR NOW! There will be a 48 hour grace period to achieve this. If the war does not stop in 48 hours, I will begin massing everyone in ascension NOT in DD back to the Stone Age (and if anyone in DD decides to continue aggressions, you will be massed too). CoP may continue to exist but farming and massing for no reason will result in termination of your ascension account. CiA will pay reparations to me and all others that were massed during the peace negotiations (Reborn and me and whoever else was massed during that time) as a good faith gesture and for going back on their word. I hereby make my MSN address public knowledge for everyone to be able to contact me and let me know if there are violations by either side (mailto:master_thespian@hotmail.com).

I have assurances from Robe and eXtremer (though eXtremer's word is a bit suspect what with the massings after his assurances that I wouldn't be massed) that if Omega and DDE cease and desist all hostile activities in main that they would stand down. Well, I am tired of negotiating so I am holding ascension accounts hostage now, on both sides. I am now the RogueWarrior on ascension. If anyone persists in perpetuating this stupid war, zap! bye bye ascension account. If you think this is some kind of joke, think again. Erm. Not quite grandma robe, I said I left DDE and therefore didn't have a grudge against CiA. I could change my modus operandi and start farming CiA members again though if you really wish....you were one of my very best farms when you weren't on PPT. Not that often, I know, but still.

if CiA decide that they can use "grey areas" in the rules, and not report them.... i suppose omega should too. there is a "grey area" that can demolish anyone's ALF in ascended, in 1 turn. 1.5m alf, 500k alf, it dont matter. certain people have been attacking in the last 24 hours in ascended... killy for example, thinking they are protected by 1.5m alf. there is that 24 hour limit to get onto vacation after attacking someone. if omega decided to use a certain "grey area" all of those people would be de-ascended.



another grey area discovered during the war... when you are dev'd out during a planet attack, you still damage the planet. when i discovered such problem, i stopped massing the planet, and talked to jason before i continued... over a week later.

maybe CiA could report the lack of bonus to Jason.... but that takes moral's, not to use such "Grey area's" ill admit, it was a hard decision to stop massing the planet... as i clearly had the fleet power to do it...i just ran a really bad roll. but this is only a text based game... if you are willing to use "Grey areas" here, or not report them, or anything, what does it say about your character? in a game where it doesn't really matter if you win or lose, you need to cheat? what happens if something is important is at stake?

but in the end, it does not matter what i say or do.. i don't play, i cant stop you, i cant criticize you. only you, yourself know if you are abusing what shouldn't be abused. only you know whether you should report it, or do the right thing. and only you have to live with the fact that you need to cheat on some crappy little game to have any chance playing it.

take the high road, report it, or whatever. be able to what is right. this is your life, don't stuff it up. when you finally quit this game, be proud that you didn't cheat, that you reported every little bug that could have any advantage. take pride that every achievement you earned during this game was untainted.

Secondly, I would like to see Koskesh and Stoney come on here and apologise for EXPLOITING a bug, which they were found GUILTY of.

I am seriously considering ordering Omegans to never report bugs, and if any one of you get screwed over..so be it! I am sick and *modded* tired having to go out of my way to report bugs that the users should have had the conscience to do so, in this and many other past battles. And I'm sure Jake, who usually helps with this feels the same.

In fact from now on, anyone who is not in CoP has a problem with their account, don't come to me to intervene cos I couldn't give a *modded* stuff..if ur hacked for a month before getting a reply, so be it! I'm not wasting my time helping ungrateful people, who do *modded* all about the cheats, bug exploiters and scammers on here and yet have the cheek to talk stuff about the people that do. Well they calculated they lost 10 percent instead of 15..so despite it being widely known that u lost 50 PERCENT of your resources when on vacation, any half wit could tell that 15 percent is HALF of 30 percent..so if u made the effort of calculating and realising ur getting a different figure to what was advertised, the logical assumption you should be making is that something is off with the calculations.

My spirit of cooperation wit Reborn on Forum and on MSN was exemplary.

He stated my first attack looked too powerful so I explained he had been sabbed first - he later agreed.

I offered to show Reborn my logs and discuss his concerns on msn.
I explained to him that I did not even do the calculations, Diety did.
I explained that the calculations for weapons required were based on the formula currently in place and communicated on these forums.

I then also advised Admin about Reborns concerns after I spoke with him.

Fact: Reborn built a 3.3 trillion defence during a war.
Fact: CIA bought weapons and removed that defence.
Fact: Omegan's are not the only players that report bugs and cheaters.
Fact: Reborn said he is going to build a bigger defence now.
Fact: Whilst at war, CIA looks forward to removing any CoP defence.

No robe, you just employ alliances that are suspected of using multiple accounts and build resources that way, and yeah. Just sit on your antipodean arse and lurk on PPT all the time until you can sneak attack people like reborn when they aren't expecting it.
