my farms are building up to un-naturally high levels of naq and UU

When you try to attack them it comes back to the attack screen and says

Account suspended and temporarily unattackable.

Well in all fairness that is fair reallly, as the current system i believe goes along the lines of if anything looks dodgy with your account its suspended while the admins investigate the dodgyiness

And this wprevents big ppl from losing everything by ppl trying to show em up, prevents bad feelings towards the admins from those players & also prevents the need to have to restore accoutns if they are foudn to be innocent
