The ostracized accounts are unattackable from now? They were damn good raids!

Someone mentioned it's because that mass-ban forum did, he is reactivating the non-multi's and disabled attacking them so they won't come back to a wrecked account, hopefully it will go back to normal afterwards...

ok.. but i didnt find any exact answer there. that would change my game tactics.
i didnt find that topic, because i dont think that is a newbie question. it changed not long ago.

Yeah, it's going to delay ascending and increasing army size. It got moved from General Discussion.... Anyway, i hope it gets allowed to be farmed... It would help with ascensions and army sizes like i said
