Ask metal and ben how they became powerful in the first place..the first MAJOR bug exploit this game ever experienced..you remember the training and untraining of units..they made billions when people used to farm for 5 mill at a time.

And as for coming off vacation mode at whim. ask Illuminati yourself! He cannot deny that he could, because many on the current CIA's side also noticed this.

If they did that they should get punished but i dont even know those guys and i surely wouldnt give alot what there doing as i dont know....
But that doesnt mean i cant report anyone who is exploiting a bug just because im in CIA .....
There so many people in CIA im not responseble for there actions and if i would notice something in the word of cheating/exploiting i would report it i dont care if the one is CIA or even TL ......
