Ascended Race Change question

If you do a Race change as an Ascended do you lose everything that you do if you Race Change un-ascended?

Huh ? That made little sense.

Assuming youre allready ascended, changing from one ascneded race to another looses nothing.

Not sure bout changing to a normal race. Feel free to test it for us.

Do not change back to a normal race, but as Tok`ra said if you change between ascended races you will not be harmed.

That's what I meant sorry I didn't articulate it as well as I should have.
I meant to say for expample if you were Tollan and you wanted to change to say System Lord. Would that cause the same losses that would happen if you changed from Goa'uld to Asgard. Or is this even possible?

No, changing between ascended races such as Tollan or System Lord will not cause any damage. If you change from an ascended race such as a Tollan to a replicator then there would be damage. Does this answer your question?
