Firstly I must say that I have been short with a few people I'm not normally with. For that I apologise, but when you are in pain 24/7, hell just sitting at a PC causes me pain, the normal tolerance goes out the window.

There is nothing worse than being in pain 24/7.

Secondly, I would like to see some honour returned to the game. People reject ideas just because of who posts them. People allow and defend dishonourable things just because of their affiliations. I am talking about exploiting and cheating here. I have it on record that there are many on the side of the CIA who have privately expressed reservations in the past about some of their current allies. Have the courage of your convictions, if you feel someone has done wrong, then do something about it. Reject them. (This isn't directed at any particular individuals, but just something I've noticed) It greatly reminds me of the whole nebulator issue, which is not a proud moment for this community.

Now people, especially the ones who did nothing and never even HAD the power to do anything talk so much on the forums about how great the war is. It's pathetic, this war is basically farming each other and last time I checked farming is not real war.

I received an amusing pm from a TA guy today:

"sup noob? just to let u know...COP SUCK, tauri alliance will own COP alone ur such a noob on stargate u to scared to attack me? im a living god, u should go back to being a prior noob!!! COP...BRING IT ON NOOBS!!"

It made me laugh because let's be honest here, the TA have been Omega's **Filtered** for the last year..and frankly one on one will continue to be so long into the future. I would advise all alliance leaders to control their members, because there will come a time when their alliances will be facing their enemies one on on, without any back up..and such taunts will be remembered.

On the flip side some of the enemy have earned my respect. Blahh for one, the guy who came closest to taking my defence. He failed due to me using the naq to get AC, but he got decently close. You don't see him going around talking stuff. Use that as an example. Take your blows and give them, but don't come on here boasting about a war when you personally could never have hoped to do anything about. The 'all talk and *modded* all done' type of guys who have been posting lately <nani?> me off!

Finally I would like to congratulate the members of the OSLA, who have truly shown the spirit of Omega. Attacked unprovoked at the beginning just because they had the Omega tag, they have responded magnificently and have actually grown through the war. You all have truly earned your place in the Omegan family.

To the rest of Omega, I am proud of all of you. Your dedication to war has demonstrated why Omega are the greatest alliance this game has ever seen. I'm sure some of you are bored with the whole war, as many on both sides are, but there is not a single dissenting person in Omega who is not willing to put their account on the line.

To those who have left due to outside commitments, you know you always have a family to return to. And then I would like to address this issue of threatening players to continue war or be massed. This is an offer to all players on both sides. Join the neutral alliances like STI's if you wish to remove yourselves from the war. And after this is done, you will have MY WORD that I will do all that I can to ensure you aren't massed for it. To the leaders of both sides, let those who do not wish to continue to join a neutral alliance. It may <nani?> you off of course and you may think 'traitor' but remember not everyone plays this game for the same reasons, not everyone has the time to devote, and at the end of the day it is JUST A GAME. So let them go if they wish and after the war accept them back if u wish, but don't mass them.

To those who surrender or leave the war, that's all well and good, but show some honour and don't rebuild and then want back in the war. Do NOT BE DISHONOURABLE scum! Remember people are being kind enough to allow you to rebuild and move on. You insult everyone and ESPECIALLY your own side when you use that to your advantage to re enter the war.

This little pain free moment is now leaving me..so I'd better wrap up. So people, please THINK before you post, disregard these silly affiliations that are temporary at best and be true to who you are. Remember when you make statements like, "I have friends on both sides, but I'm fighting for my alliance", that's all well and good. But think about whether blindly spouting propaganda and such won't change that to, "Oh stuff I've lost a bunch of friends", because truly isn't that what we truly play this game for? The people we meet, not the game itself!

Well who is it? You know I've stated in the past that abusive pm's are never ok. In every war I've said keep it clean. In every war I've said, that it wouldn't be tolerated. Our policy has been like that for a very long time.

I could pull one out too where someone calls me a dumb rectum, even though they were clearly wrong in their thinking. (And wrong for that statement)

You say, keep the people in line, so how can I keep someone in line if I don't know who they are? The logic escapes me. If you wanted to be nice and not make it public, a pm would be just fine, but I have received none. A pic would be nice too.

You talk about restoring honor. Good, I hope it starts with you, we've seen what you can do. (I really hope you do).

I will never say that you never received that abusive pm, because I never thought you would try to dishonor the game by trying to extort me, so yeah, anything is possible.

If you feel you've righted a few ways of playing SGW, then good, the game would benefit from you taking a course correction, and I'm sure no one would complain.

TA are what? Last I checked we've fought many wars with Omega/Alpha/GA, true, we've lost, we've stalemated, but have we folded?

Nope. I seem to remember us facing a few alliances on our OWN.

A few that outnumbered, and out resourced us, what, by about 10x? Ever did that? You didn't need to, I'm not claiming that you have to in order to be respected, but I think, doing that, would not make us, well however you put it.

We lasted a good deal of time under all those situations.

Even under them I grew, and most of our members grew. (immensely)

BIG POINT ---->Also this talk about the past distracts us from the current war. Why talk about the past, unless the present isn't going as well as expected. That's just my personal opinion on the shift of conversation.

During the current war everyone is having a blast, I don't know who you are talking to, but if I poll 5 CoP members at random, odds are at least 2-3 will say they aren't liking the war. So I'm sure you can talk to someone to form that opinion to substantiate your claim.

If it's a farm war, well sort of. We farm the people who have no/low defenses, and won't build one.

Same goes for both sides, but feel free to build defenses if you wish to liven things up, we won't stop you. Also, maybe its farming on your side, but the biggest SGW defense in history came down just a few days ago. 3.3 trillion defense. Not exactly, just farming.

Projecting your side's boredom, doesn't equate into our side being bored.

We've faced some long odds before, anybody, and any alliance that has gone through as much as we have, should have earned respect. If you don't recognize that, I would love to see your metric for respect.

I don't need to go through the laundry list of things the TA has gone through, but it just shows you, if you play hard, play through adversity, play with honor, play against odds, even after years, even after showing respect which should not be because its never returned, you get treated like this. In a thread CALLING for respect and honor?

Anyone see AGAIN one reason why we are fighting. Because the CIA for the most part is viewed in this light, and thus we have been treated how we've been treated, and thus THE WAR. See a parallel here?

I'll say what the TA has gone through to maintain itself could very well be debated as the most adversity in the game. Maybe it isn't even debatable.

We do bring honor to the game, thus I still commend you guys on somethings that you have done, and some of the wars you have fought.

I will state this once more (AT LEAST) for the record. I feel there are many honorable and great warriors in CoP, I've never stated or thought otherwise. So going to war, with some of those that you respect, you have to think again, why? Maybe re-read ETL's post as think that is a microcosm of the situation.

We may have lost before, but we're still here. Just because you left the TA a long, long time ago, doesn't mean you have to hold a grudge. You can, fine, but that's all it is.

You talk about one on one fights, I think that is one of the things CIA is fighting for, so please don't steal our thunder on that one.

I also have heard about a few people on your side exploiting the main vacation bug, and I think I'm quoting one of them in this post about another matter. But I won't state that as certain, just what I've heard.

Re-enter the war. How many people (BIG ACCOUNTS) have left and come back to the war? I won't name names, but before the war, one of them had 99 mill units at least. Left twice and came back twice. Yet you claim its our side doing this?

If they didn't want to be in war because of rl issues, vacation mode is there if they haven't attacked anyone per the rules. If they did attack, ppt would cover it until they could go on vac mode. Instead leaving and coming back occurred, and that is without me knowing if rl issues played a role, and if they did, the above could have occurred.

I've noticed numerous people, large accounts do it. In fact its given your side a tactical advantage. I probably wouldn't of said anything, but when you come on and say its us, well at the very least, both sides have done it. Has any CoP member noticed anyone with a 99 mill account come and go? It almost got to the point where many said, coming and going, being left alone, many of us felt it was unfair to your smaller players to have bigger ones come and go as they pleased, while other smaller, newer CoP players fought on when they didn't want to (ofc many did/do want to continue). I really don't think that's fair.

Also your statement seems to indicate, that you know that any CIA member that left, didn't have personal rl issues too. Yeah, only CoP hold real lives outside this game lol.

You also really bring honor, when you tell people, I don't care if people non-CoP get hit with bugs/hacks. You said forum even knows your position.

That may or may not be true, (well you saying it WAS TRUE) forum may know that in a private setting, that you don't care about it, and on that note, he may not care as long as he thinks you will be fair.

But overall, and most important thing in this post is. No one in the CIA will lose sleep at night about what you think about us ETL. You've always show me what you've thought of me, and my alliance mates, all because we were TA. You've shown most of CIA how you think of them, but I'll speak for TA, other alliances are more in tune with their own history with you.

I don't agree with people dissing ideas because it comes from you, but then again I can't feel sorry for you receiving, exactly what you dish out.

You reject people with obvious respectful qualities, for no reason whatsoever. So what will I lose? Will I be extorted again? Will our alliance be called what for the umpteenth time? Please tell me what we have to lose?

If I saw a good idea from you, i'd say it, I've even said privately (in the past) that before the extortion thing, and everything that happened, I respected certain things about you.

But what you tried to do to me, and your continued, unsubstantiated character attack on the TA, while averting your eyes even between paragraphs of your own posts, may make, well, at least others, rethink whether they should.

So IF anyone on a particular side cheats, ALL of that side has to stop fighting. Guess both sides are done then. There are multiple alliances taht are fighting this war and will continue to do so with or without any of teh questionable peoples. Just because someone is fighting for the same reason it does not make them allies. Even if you got hit by someone who abuses the game, I'm not going to stop because attacking you is my goal, was before the abuse and will continue to be for as long as the war continues. I'm not going to be punished for someone elses wrong doings.

as far as im concerned the majority in CIA are fighting for honour/honourably anyways and for a new era of balance without one force being over dominating and skewing the game

First of all i took the time to clean it up and deleted qutie a few post.

Yes many CIA members are behaving in ways that go against my concepts of honor. Some of those much more than others. But the same is true with COP members.

There are still a few people that have personal honor left but i personally know of no alliance that has kept its honor intact.

Because for that to be the case members behaving dishonorful have to be reprimanded and if they dont learn be kicked..

And its not an easy task to do so. but i cant say i believe that its really done.


I would like it beeing different but i doubt i will see it.

And i am sure there are honorful alliances out there but they are to small and haven t suffered from massive "realpolitic " decissions.

Constant pain over a long period of time breaks you down emotionally and mentally. I've witnessed it first hand as my father-in-law wasted away for six months with terminal bone cancer, a particularly painful way to die.

We actively go after cheats..so yes quite a few times we go after ppl we have evidence of cheating. And if we do, we state it. And check your facts 90 percent of the wars we've fought have no cheating claims made against the other side..it just so happens that the 'cheating' wars, as some could call it, are the most high profile.
