Pfft, Tok'ra is an UFA after this season. Aceman is just trying to get something before tok'ra walks and goes to test out the market. Robe shoould hold out until tok'ra's price comes down (say maybe a second round draft pick and couple of raid farms to be decided upon later), and then get the deal done, as it could be the piece that sends TF into the finals.
