G n R problems

My officer loard dano in the ( main sgw server) is currently ranked 869
and he hasnt been receiving G n R points for about 2 weeks now....
i asked him to create an accoutn for the forums but obviously he hasnt done anything.. but i would just like to kno..whats going on and how come he isnt getting g n r??

it turns out that he did..have infact nox on... which i had come to beilve to be the first thing i told him to check but the problem seems to be solved
