Planet Stealing Bug

It may or may not be a bug, however, for some time I have noticed that some planets display on the "stats" page, in example for that " Jim_Jones" guy. He has a planet there, wich does display when I spy him (Commander Blade 47,424,000 Income per Day 16 (Def: 48,000,000) above average)

Now you will say it's a crap planet, but the thing is when hitting "Again" it does not appear in the in the planets selection list.


I bet this is pretty old because for months, when trying to steal planets people would use a "blank name" to hide it but this one has neither. it's just "un attackable". Pointlessly,just like that.
Perhaps it's some kind of 12 hours protection you now get when you acquire planets, but if that's the case there should be a "planet is under protection" display when attacking it rather than simply not seeing it in the strike planet menu.

hi has stolen it less then 24h ago(for 24h only planets owner can steal it)

Or he just activated Merlin's Protection

If he would activate the Merlin then he would not be able to see the planet let along spy on it.
