Ok, so I tried to raid some guy on ascension, and right after the first attack, I suddenly had 5k more networked liberators than I was supposed to, I have no idea where they came from, but suddenly they were there.
Just asking you to find the problem and fix it so there are no more problems.

The signature is outdated, but so am I! And I like it, though the alliance no longer exists.
