I've been receiving some rather disgusting messages regards several members of my family from this guy:

I have 'blacklisted' him 4 times now but he is still able to send me this filth.

I realise that a certain degree of imagination has to be applied before these messages become disgusting, in honesty, i aren't particularly bothered about them, it's these two other things that bother me more.
Sometimes when he sends me this rubbish there are no buttons to reply/delete/blacklist etc under the message, here is an example:

As you can see, there are no links for actions under the message. I'm quite sure this person is tampering with the system in some way which is probably also how he/she is able to keep sending me this filth regardless of how many times i blacklist it.
