descended banking bug?

I dont know if it's related or if it's a coincidence. I was descended yesterday and on PPT. I had a broker set and because of the loss of my bonus it changed the capacity of my bank size. When the broker was completed I was on the tail end of my PPT. None of the Naq went into my bank, all 200bil was left sitting out and stolen as soon as my PP ended. I understand that because of the descension that my bank size decreased, but I was under the impression that was what the over flow was for. Is this suppose to happen and if not can It possible be fixed with retribution. Thank Ze

If you're the player who setup the broker, then once the other guy "Accepts" it, the naq will not go in your bank - it goes out in the open. If you want naq to go directly into your bank, then the other player needs to setup the broker.

Thats not true. All of my other Brokers, that I set went strait to my bank. This one however did not. I have had many brokers fromt he same player that I set over the last 3 days. They went strait to the bank.

I've found that when YOU set the broker then the naq randomly either goes in to your bank or out in the open. And i've found that when the other person sets the broker the naq ALWAYS goes in to your bank. maybe this is how it's supposed to be?
