How do I find out who the ???????? is that is just doing Sabotage but not attacking and defend myself from him

yeah no crap if you have only 6k spys and lv 21 you will have over 8bil covert power, thats well within the top 100 in covert.

if your talking about covert ranks, 8bil is right about where the 100 covert rank is atm... it might be rank 200 im not sure atm i dont have 8bil covert power atm...
