Alright... simply stop artificially producing attack turns on the market, and increase the number of turns produced by a person from 3 to 10, or 15

There should just be a limit on how many turns you can use in a set amount of time. Like covert capacity, you get a set amount each turn up to a max. This way you can opt to buy and spend more AT than you generate, but only up to for instance 5 times.
Each turn, gain 3AT, 15AC (Attack Capacity). Each AT spent also spends 1 AC. If you're out of either, you can't attack. This gives those who want to a chance to attack more than others, but without giving them infinite turns.

It will, but not without limits. Growing takes time.

I say remove attack turns all together.
Your covert d00ds have a natural 'capacity' that limits their actions, your military should have the exact SAME limits.
Covert Capacity = 50
Attack capacity = 2250
So for attacking you would have 150 15 turn attacks, or 2,250 ATs.
It cannot be traded with anyone else, and recovers 15points per turn.
You can still, however, choose to do attacks in smaller increments.
This wouldnt be to hard to code I imagine, simply code the AT cap and limit for generating new AT at 2250 AT, as well as remove totaly the ability to broker or send via supporter status your ATs.
This would lead to far more realism, as your forces can only do so much before they must rest.

omg whats up with all the weird suggestions lately limit attack turns?
Come on people shouldnt be punished for attack to much thats just pathetic......everyone has the same chance to use AT like they wish .....
This game is all about limits already lets not continue adding more i feel imprisoned already.....

i could agree on using At for covert operations but limiting attacks? or limiting AT is like killing all the small players ......... im already almost back where i was i could care less if they would implent it but that way its impossible for the smaller ones to catch up

Its going to take the smaller players a LONG time to catch up no matter what.
This way, random alliance massings would be much harder (or at least take longer and or require teamwork).
The thing is, NO MATTER WHAT SMALL PLAYERS WILL TAKE AROUND A YEAR TO CATCH UP.
Thats the simple facts of the game, the longer you play the bigger you can get.
Nothing will instantly allow players to 'catch up'. Simply put, this makes people consider their attacks rather than simply attacking on a whim because they can afford more ATs.
This way, random alliance massings would be much harder (or at least take longer and or require teamwork).
The thing is, NO MATTER WHAT SMALL PLAYERS WILL TAKE AROUND A YEAR TO CATCH UP.

Well said tok'ra... something like this will still allow Extensive farming, however it will turn the game slightly away from the clickmonkey charade of strategy it is now.

If your to lazy to raid and actually work on your account besides sitting and waiting for your income ofcourse you want an update like this .....
And tok'ra it really doesnt take a year to catch up
Speaking for size it can be done in a couple months for the overall account strenght it might take longer.
The thing i liked about this game when i started was that i could improve when i had time if i had 2h i could work on my account for 2h and so on.......big players dont really care about AT so much small players and traders make a good profit from them......
As i said somewhere before you cant make raiding stop while it was given to the current players already it wouldnt be fair.....
Wanna play a game wich is impossible to catch up go play KoC ......
