Please do not move, not many go to read ascension.

many points have made about this server. so i will point out whats coming IMO. ( after you have read you may see why)

Like has been said many ascended just for the Bonuses & not played the game.

people have said they should not get the bonuses, if they don't play, others say they should. we will not go into the rights or wrongs, it has all been said b4

people have said that COP is domnitating ascension, i have said about this in another thread & said why & in most people agreed.(pool of players getting smaller)

so folks what do you think is going to happen when the pool get to a level where it is unsustainable. what do you think Admin will do, close the server because we are almost there.

you can bury your heads in the sand, but just ask yourself that question, what will Admin do. his choices are limited.

(will he refund players what they have invested in the server) nightmare, how pwerful would COP be then.

Why am i doing this & the war thing, well in the forums i hope that i may help felicitate people to discuss things & not just Flame. thats all.

Its a sticky situation.

Something could be done to either urge people to be active on it, but that something doesnt come to mind right now other than punishing those who are dormant or just do not log in full stop.

well the only thing i can think of is that if they take away vacation mode and so they will be descended

and another thing is that if they get descended like 5times in a short time then they lose ascension completely and revert back to a normal race and have to start all over again....

u may say omg the poor noobies that will get descended, well have u cant get descended if u are a certain rank lower than the attacker if u've ascended once, however if u have ascended twice or more u can be attacked and descended from any level, u would have thought u were playing for long enough in that time to get some stats if u play, 1 ascension in my opinion is like a normal race just with all the stats equal so not a massive advantage

and another arguement against the whole noobies loss out, well dont piss off the big players then!!! and actually shut ur mouths coz u will get pushed down!!!

3) cant be descended unless they are close to ur rank or u have ascended more than once

I've a solution most wouldnt agree with:
Get rid of vacation mode AND descension...and replace descension by other thing that is less radical didnt think of it yet..

Only probs I see are vac mode and descension: one generates the other. Vacation mode annoys strong players, descension annoys most. Prob solved!

People have known descention was coming... for a long time. Theres no need to remove it, if you get active and play the game properly its easy to avoid.

Play the game properly...even if you play it more than properly and didnt have The Protection you could be the most experienced player ever you couldnt stand a chance vs top 10 ascended accounts!
Not like in main where you loose all stats, ther its all stats plus descension, all stats enough I think
When descension came I regreted to have ascended...even if my account was by far in top 500 on ascended.

How good your account is doesnt really matter when it comes to descending.

If your active its a whole lot harder to descend someone, if they know how to defend themselfes well its near impossible.

No offense, but that wont help anything, if ascended stops affecting main, then the inactives who are always moaning will go back to their old ways of just ignoring ascended.

I personally like ascended it has so many more options avaliable than the main server. If any server has been ruined it has been main with the amount of people using $ to buy accounts instead of learning how to grow and build.

I have also been under the impression that when ever I logon to ascended there seen to be a lot more people on at times I am now seeing over 100 people on at the same time which i never saw when I first ascended.

Yes there is an in balance in ascended but I was talking to a friend of mine about his ascended account today, who is not a COP or CIA player and he also agreed it is a lot more challenging than main once you got to know it.

When CIA vs CoPs war ends we all know CoPs will try to descend any non CoP...not to mention all descended accounts that have nothing to do with the war that have been/are/will be descended...remember when descension came? People ran into descension spree, if you descend someone it's less people in ascension, realize it?
People will not want to ascend, and the server will die apart of CoPs stat buildin there to reach the trillion army sizes and 10s of millions planets UP/day...I see it like that!
Don't deny it, we all know CoPs are more bullies in ascension than they ever been in main!!! Because actions in ascension affects more, that's why.

I disagree that raiding makes it impossible to catch up... it keeps the server fluid, however as it is being used by dd, it does make it difficult... if perhaps a certain % of resource planets were untrained per turn, the naq returned to the open and the initiate revolution reworked and stuff it might help it.

I like these ideas, and I notice you said "NO MORE INFLUENCE" witch means the ones in place now will stand and thats good. With the raid limits and attack limits and damage capps inplace now I think it would be easy for a newer player to do well in ascended right now, They are afterall "untouchable" to the larger players as it stands now.

If people knew and understood the server I really do feel more people would play it. Thats why I have suggested many times over to remove the "hidden" part of the path to ascention. I hated ascended for over 6 months and refused to play it but it really is a good game if you give it a chance.

I never agreed with the part of ascention where you can completely destroy someone elses account as it is often over abused. Putting in raid limits or stopping resource planets from being raided would help drasticly.
I dont care if you make it so you can destroy the enemies resource planets to hurt their income but it needs to be expensive.

Or make it so the actual "WAR" setting means something. When both parties are at WAR then the game is like it is now. Then you can raid resource planets and completely crush an account, but only if both parties agree to a ascended "WAR"

Have you played ascended recently? For the most part all newer or small accounts are completely "Undeasendable". As far a s people getting deasended for fun well you try spending 20K AT to deascend 1 person and see if its fun. You claim the CoP are more bullies in ascended well maybe so, and maybe it just looks that way since there are so few active players.

Point still is we are tring to find a way to make the game appealing to people and get them to play it. Lets try to fix it instead of just complaining OK?
