UU increase outside of UP?

I was just talking to a friend and we both would like the idea of having a uu increase out side of UP kinda like a Birthrate of sorts.
It would have to be a percentae of your total army size. For instance if it was set to 0.001% and you had a 500k army size you would receive 500uu.
If this was ever implemented it would give an unfair advantage to the players with over a million army size so, the percentage should drop the higher the rank thus keeping it fair for the smaller players. Even though the percentage would drop for the higher players they would still recieve more than that of the lower players or else this would only benifit those with a low army size.

I would like to know what others think of this so please leave a comment.

This idea would only make things easier for the bigger players and smaller ones wont really feel much of it.
Maybe it only hits in while your under 25mill size or something

he forgot to mention that its a combination of uu and miners - teh manly miners and teh hooker uu make some babies in their spare time.

and with uu being an equational factor, the risk of it being raided also adds to the saftey of newer players - as ALOT of bigger players wont leave out tons of uu - no matter how big their defense is, leaveing out alot of uu just isnt a wise tactic.......usually.

or it could just be how much uu you have out and multiply that by 5% not including the miners.... since syreck is right about how the larger playes would not be foolish enough to leave out tons of uu to be able to gain more from it.

Still it could be exploited quite easily with a couple trill def nobody is gonna take that down even if you had 5mill out....

thats why i also said that the higher the rank the lower the percentage goes. For the players ranked higher then the percentage would go down a consideralbe amount. So in truth it would give the younger players a good start.

If i ever saw 5mil uu out and i had some turns i would get tohather a pasy and mass his A$$ regarless of the damage to myslef.

Massing a couple trill def will take 10 of mills of UU and not to mention trills worth of weapons

Ofcourse those people have trills of covert power too so you will need 30-31 and a crapload of spies to even make impact

This idea has been implemented in Q. Everyone look at Q. Notice how one person is now leading the entire wave strongly. The same thing would happen in main.

JMO Come on guys its easier to raid now more then ever. Just raid your buns off to grow fast. I see people growing from 1 to 5 mill army size in a week or less. How much easier do you guys want it.

Not to mention that its starting to get on my nerves that forum is putting all these limits in to help the little guys catch up but most are just selling the uu instead of even trying to catch up. I mean come on guys.

No keep it where players have to earn it. Birthrate sounds like a cheap upgrade.

earn it ? wSo you are saying raiding inactive accounts is worth it? Hell thats what more than half the raiders do. I included. Get 300-500k uu a week sell buy turns up UP and ef and do it all over again .... tis not really work more like fun
All im saying is to have a non permanent (Fluctuation) increase to the uu count Just like actual pop growth. One that can not be bought or upgraded.
