There should simply be an option to not play assencion (and thus do minimal assencions) and just 'deactivate' your account up there.
Make it more like a 'private' server isntead of the 2nd half of main.
If you could delete your assencion account.

And the limit unbalances the game.
The fact is noone seems to understand what balance means.
It DOES NOT mean 'weeee, we all have equal accounts weeeeeeeeeee'
No, it means that the exact same rules apply to every account equaly.
And they dont.
Everyone can grow, execpt the 'evil' big players that plauge hits.

i hope you werent ranting against me cause i dont like the limit either atleast not a permanent one....
But the ones doing just normal ascensions couldnt grow beyond the limit.

Quite the contrary, balance is not equal application of rules. Balance is providing the opportunity for players on lower levels to compete with players at higher levels. Players at lower levels must be able to attain an equality of sorts with players who have been going alot longer. Hence, if players are able to become exponentially more powerful, it will never be possible for significant numbers of new players to become competitive.

Heh... that's equal chances... and only applies in a situation where there is no 'roof' to hit.
In this case, the limit eliminates the aspect of 'non-equal chances', since in time everyone will end up with 100 million army size.
Statistically speaking. Assuming the slowing down in new members continues on an equal speed.

So Im in a tank (higher level) but you can get me with an AK (lower level)
Hows that balanced ?
EQUAL applacation of the rules is what it takes to balance the game, as otherwise you LACK any reason to grow.
Why grow when you can hit a top player without working much.
But if everything is equal, you can build up your strike over time til you can hit the person, and actualy have accomplished something.

I specifically said the more advanced player must have the advantage. I also said that the lower player must be able to achieve what the mode advanced player already has, and a ceiling must be enforced so that the advanced player is not eternally at advantage.

You can quote me all you like, but those two statements work perfectly well together. Notice "more advanced" in reference to game development, and "going alot longer" in terms of time. Oh, looks like you got caught out trying to be a little smart there

So, let's get this straight Tok'ra. You would like to argue that "players at lower levels", say 10mil army size, should never be able to reach an army size of 50mil? Cos that would be attaining equality with people who have been playing longer. If you wanna quote something to make a point, make sure you read it.
